This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist Finastra’s sales team by expertly guiding customers through their journey with outstanding thought leadership and in-depth product knowledge in the Payments sector.
• Actively collaborate with sales teams, clients, partners, and prospects to generate business opportunities within the region.
• Experience in Banking or Financial Technology is highly preferred, particularly in Payments product management, operations, and/or solution consultancy/presales.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities, including proven presentation expertise.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Capacity to function as an individual contributor, manage ambiguity, perform under pressure, and thrive in a dynamic work setting.
• Self-motivated with the ability to swiftly transform complex information into actionable outcomes and proactively engage internal stakeholders for support when necessary.
• Proven ability to work successfully with cross-functional teams.
• Competence in making timely decisions in complex scenarios; maintain professionalism with clients, prospects, colleagues, and partners.
• Preference for a proven track record in sales or technical sales support, covering the entire presales lifecycle (demand generation, supporting RFX responses, Proof of Concept execution, commercial negotiations support, and handoff to Delivery).
• Established ability to create sales strategies (cross/up-sell, value selling) and effectively communicate recommendations to prospects, clients, and management.
• Strong technical foundation, including understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, Power Point, Project), Salesforce.com, and web-based applications.
