This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Take ownership and drive improvements, optimization, and automation in the deployment methods utilized by the CS and PS teams.
• Identify target customers and market opportunities for utilizing automation to enhance the deployment and operation of Palo Alto Networks SASE products.
• Manage our Intellectual Property by informing stakeholders about available assets and securing the support of contributors.
• Supervise the development of automation assets and lead the enablement efforts for PS and CS organizations and partners.
• Monitor the usage and effectiveness of our Intellectual Property.
• Create SASE training programs and materials for PS, CS, and partners.
• Facilitate training sessions for internal teams and clients to deepen their understanding of SASE and related technologies.
• Engage with customers during the delivery of new services and strategic initiatives, focusing on service validation and the development and capture of Intellectual Property.
• Collaborate with Service Sales to comprehend customer requirements and translate them into offerings.
• Assist in positioning the appropriate offerings and present the onboarding and scaling methodology to customers.
• Develop new SASE offerings to better meet market demands and streamline the positioning of suitable services for customers.
• Enhance our services for efficient use by PS, CS organizations, and partners.
• Ensure the successful completion of projects and share insights gained.
• Collaborate on recommended architectures with Consulting Engineers, Developers, and other internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Work alongside Product Management and Engineering teams on new products and features to guarantee PS and CS technical readiness.
• Architect level expertise.
• Proven experience in designing, deploying, and configuring SASE technology.
• Over 10 years of experience with remote user access technologies.
• Familiarity with tunneling protocols including SSL/TLS, IPSec, and GRE.
• Knowledge of authentication methodologies such as 2FA, RADIUS, LDAP, and Active Directory.
• Proficiency in IP routing including BGP, Static routes, and Network Address Translation.
• Experience in certificate management.
• Understanding of Next-Generation Firewall capabilities, configuration, and deployment.
• Background in deploying and configuring IoT and DLP solutions.
• Experience with both wireless and wired security, including 802.1x, captive portal, and other security-related tasks in architecture and implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent education, training, experience, or relevant military experience.
