• Ensure adherence to compliance standards for employees on international assignments.
• Provide guidance on visa and work permit necessities.
• Assist in educating the organization on risk management and compliance issues.
• Oversee new visa applications, renewals, and changes in status.
• Offer expertise in global mobility and immigration case management.
• Support initiatives related to global mobility programs.
• Coordinate the cross-border relocation of employees for assignments.
• Collaborate with service providers to guarantee customer service excellence and policy adherence.
• Remain informed on evolving regulations, trends, and practices within the industry.
• Aid in the processing of H-1B, EAD, and immigration petitions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of proven experience in International HR and Global Mobility positions.
• Strong knowledge of global mobility services, best practices, and compliance regulations.
• Familiarity with global mobility management across various regions, particularly in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in proactive planning, execution, and multitasking.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with HRIS systems; familiarity with Workday is a plus.
• GPHR / SPHR certification is highly preferred.
