This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take charge of developing and implementing the feasibility strategy in collaboration with the clinical program team.
• Drive the effective execution of the feasibility process to reduce cycle times.
• Oversee L5 GFL Direct Reports, managing performance evaluations, career development, training, and employee engagement.
• Direct efforts related to identifying countries and sites, as well as feasibility and country selection for clinical studies.
• Collaborate with study team members, data analytics teams, and country teams to ensure timely and high-quality global feasibility activities.
• Lead the gathering of local internal and external data to establish an optimal geographic country footprint and recommend sites for involvement in clinical studies.
• Analyze, interpret, and integrate data and information to deliver clear recommendations on feasibility.
• Facilitate the baseline enrollment commitment and change processes for studies.
• Initiate and spearhead global initiatives focused on continuous improvement in feasibility.
• Assist in the development of systems, processes, and work practices that promote swift, accurate, and thorough evaluations of program and protocol feasibility.
• Doctorate degree with 2 years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience.
