This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Create and implement paid media campaigns that broaden reach, engage new audiences, and enhance awareness of HALO’s global initiatives.
• Oversee and optimize Google Ad Grant and paid search efforts to maximize performance and return on investment.
• Employ advanced targeting, retargeting, and audience segmentation techniques.
• Track and improve campaign performance through ongoing testing, analysis, and budget management.
• Spearhead the email marketing program, providing guidance on content to ensure it is engaging, pertinent, and impactful.
• Manage the overall email calendar to guarantee consistent, coordinated, and audience-focused communications.
• Plan data selections, create campaign lists, and handle integrations, ensuring adherence to data protection best practices.
• Analyze email performance and drive continuous enhancements across key metrics.
• Adopt a proactive approach to optimization, including A/B testing and performance evaluation across all digital channels.
• Offer strategic insights and digital marketing expertise to communications and fundraising teams.
• Collaborate with fundraising teams to maximize income generation and engagement through digital initiatives.
• Identify and implement enhancements in tracking, data collection, and behavioral analysis.
• Maintain reporting frameworks to provide clear, actionable insights regarding performance.
• Stay informed on digital marketing and fundraising trends, actively seeking opportunities to test and innovate.
• Extensive expertise in paid advertising and email marketing, with a deep comprehension of audience behavior and content effectiveness.
• Proven experience in delivering integrated, multichannel digital campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of digital media purchasing, specifically Google Ads, Meta platforms, and LinkedIn.
• Practical experience with email marketing platforms (experience with Dotdigital is an advantage).
• Exceptional copywriting capabilities and the confidence to craft copy for diverse audiences with varying interests and motivations.
• Demonstrated experience using digital marketing within a CRM-focused environment, ideally in the charity sector.
• Proven track record of enhancing digital marketing performance and achieving measurable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of supporter journeys and digital best practices.
• Solid foundation in digital content principles, including web writing, accessibility, user experience, and email design.
• Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) to monitor performance and generate insights.
• Good understanding of GDPR and its implications for digital marketing.
