This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee and evaluate modifications in global labor, employment, and contingent workforce regulations across various jurisdictions.
• Analyze legal and regulatory changes in regions such as APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and Canada.
• Determine the implications of legal adjustments on contingent workforce strategies and MSP program frameworks.
• Convert intricate legal requirements into understandable, actionable guidance for internal stakeholders.
• Create, revise, and uphold global compliance frameworks, policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Generate periodic compliance insights for clients to bolster business development and client relations.
• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to craft and implement compliant workforce solutions.
• Work closely with General Counsel and senior legal leadership on legal strategies and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with timelines, deliverables, and organizational standards.
• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution.
• 8–12+ years of experience in advising on international labor and employment laws across various jurisdictions.
• Proven track record of supporting multinational companies in intricate regulatory landscapes.
• Strong capability to interpret legal terminology into practical, business-focused guidance.
• Demonstrated proficiency in working independently and effectively managing multiple priorities.
• Exceptional written communication skills, emphasizing clarity and precision.
• Robust organizational skills with the ability to adhere to strict deadlines and deliverables.
