German-Speaking Insurance Agent – Junior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Assist German-speaking clients through phone and email communication

• Manage motor insurance inquiries, including new policies, modifications, and cancellations

• Process claims and cases, escalating issues as necessary

• Maintain accurate records (contracts, documents, SEPA, address updates)

• Provide customized insurance solutions and suggest relevant add-ons

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in German (C1 or higher)

• Customer-oriented communication skills with a keen eye for detail

• Proficient in using PC, CRM systems, and MS Office

• Typing speed of 25 words per minute with 85% accuracy

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
