German-Speaking Ad Creative Video Editor, Cutter

📋 Description

• In the role of Ad Creative Video Editor, you will convert raw footage, concepts, and scripts into impactful, narrative-driven advertising creatives.

• Your responsibility includes transforming our strategy into emotionally engaging videos featuring strong hooks, seamless storytelling, and a rhythm that captivates viewers and drives conversions.

• Collaborating closely with our creative strategists, graphic designers, and performance marketers, you will produce videos that not only exhibit a cinematic quality but also deliver quantifiable results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Video Editor (mid-level or senior), preferably within a performance-oriented agency or a dynamic creative team.

• Proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut, along with experience using Runway, Gemini, or other AI-driven tools.

• Comprehensive understanding of UGC-style advertisements, direct-response storytelling, and platform-specific formats for Meta and TikTok.

• Strong capability to create hooks, retention structures, and utilize motion graphics to enhance performance.

• Ability to interpret briefs into effective video concepts that convey a clear message and measurable objectives.

• Detail-oriented, efficient, and dependable — you thrive under pressure and take responsibility for delivering projects.

• Enjoy working collaboratively within a team and welcome constructive feedback to enhance each edit continuously.

• Proficiency in both German and English.

• Bonus points for: experience in sound design, color grading, or advanced motion graphics; participation in creative direction for UGC shoots or influencer content; awareness of social media trends and emerging advertising formats.
