Generative AI Solutions Architect – Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Define and enhance architectures for solutions utilizing LLMs and intelligent agents.

• Lead the design and execution of multi-agent systems, workflows, and chains.

• Establish frameworks for: agent orchestration, context and memory management, tool integration, and connections to enterprise data sources and legacy systems.

• Convert business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical architectures.

• Define and apply AI engineering best practices, including: guardrails and security, fallback strategies, observability and monitoring, and human-in-the-loop processes.

• Assess, choose, and implement the most suitable frameworks and technologies.

• Act as a technical reference, providing support and mentorship to the internal team.

• Ensure the quality, governance, and standardization of delivered solutions.

• Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the technology stack and development processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience in architecting and implementing LLM-based solutions within enterprise settings.

• Expertise in agent systems, workflows, chains, and/or multi-agent architectures.

• Practical experience with frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, Agno, or their equivalents.

• In-depth knowledge of agent orchestration, memory and context management, and advanced prompt engineering.

• Experience with API integration and enterprise systems.

• Familiarity with integrating AI with corporate data stores (RAG, vector databases, etc.).

• Experience in defining AI security and governance, implementing guardrails and risk mitigation, and establishing observability (logs, tracing, metrics).

• Experience with cloud environments and modern architectures (microservices, APIs).
