Functional Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Conduct surveys, analyses, and designs of computer systems.

• Comprehend, establish, and formalize the requirements of clients.

• Model, categorize, prioritize, and validate customer needs.

• Specify client requirements through user stories.

• Convert functional information into detailed requirements.

• Define and outline acceptance tests to ensure deliverables meet the established requirements.

• Document test cases thoroughly.

• Develop manuals and support documentation for both your team and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the field.

• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle.

• Understanding of API structures, including the definition of inputs and outputs.

• Knowledge of discovery techniques for backlog management, refinement, and surveys.

• Enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in systems.

• Experience in agile work environments.

• Proficiency in tools such as Redmina, Jira, and Asana is desirable.

• Knowledge of database query languages.
