Functional Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Evaluate business needs and assist in the design and execution of technological solutions for intricate operational issues.

• Partner with internal stakeholders and external collaborators to collect functional requirements and aid in solution implementation.

• Configure, develop, test, monitor, and maintain application systems and enhancements to guarantee high-quality technical solutions.

• Provide support for 24/7 manufacturing operations, including after-hours assistance on a rotational basis as necessary.

• Sustain and expand an extensive understanding of manufacturing systems, applications, and operational processes.

• Assist in user acceptance testing, system configuration, and the rollout of new business systems and modules.

• Collaborate closely with third-party vendors, software providers, and implementation partners to facilitate project execution and system performance.

• Ensure that solutions comply with enterprise architecture standards, policies, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices.

• Recognize opportunities for process enhancements and technological optimization utilizing industry best practices and continuous improvement methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid electrical or electrical engineering foundation with experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.

• 2–5 years of experience with PLCs, sensors, automation, or support for manufacturing systems.

• Basic IT skills including scripting, querying, and troubleshooting capabilities.

• Experience within manufacturing or production settings with a comprehension of operational processes.

• Adaptable, hands-on approach with the capacity to thrive in fast-paced manufacturing environments.

• Excellent communication abilities and proficiency in English.

• Additional experience with broader manufacturing systems, automation software, or IT systems is viewed as a plus.
