Fullstack Developer, Nuxt

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take the initiative to develop greenfield web applications or make modifications to existing projects from start to finish — either independently or as part of a team, depending on the project requirements.

• Convert UI designs from Figma or user stories from Notion/Jira into functional, responsive front-end applications using Vue.js / Nuxt.

• Integrate current REST APIs and, if needed, create new interfaces.

• Maintain, enhance, and extend existing Vue/Nuxt projects.

• Collaborate closely with project management and, when applicable, the tech lead to plan and outline component and front-end architecture.

• Provide accurate effort estimates for individual tasks, features, or entire projects.

• Coordinate with project management and, when necessary, with other developers or client teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of Vue.js, particularly Nuxt 3 or Nuxt 4.

• Proven experience in developing a complete full-stack web application with Nuxt as the primary or lead developer.

• Strong background in integrating and designing REST APIs.

• Familiarity with MongoDB (e.g., through Mongoose, directly, or indirectly via existing backends).

• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner, with a strong sense of responsibility in project roles.

• Proficient use of Git and standard development workflows (branching, pull requests, reviews, etc.).

• Effective utilization of AI-assisted tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT) — or a willingness to learn them.

• Excellent German language skills to communicate directly with clients or our project management team.
