Full-Stack TypeScript Developer – Node, React, REST

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bangladesh.

📋 Description

• Developing new applications for the Atlassian Marketplace utilizing the Forge platform

• Managing the entire development lifecycle — from specification to deployment and post-launch enhancements

• Creating Custom UI components in React that operate within Jira and Confluence

• Crafting backend logic with Node.js / TypeScript utilizing Forge resolvers and Forge storage

• Integrating with the Jira REST API, Confluence REST API, and external services (LLM APIs, webhooks)

• Updating and refining live applications based on genuine user feedback

• Delivering development tasks for client projects as scheduled, collaborating as part of the client's team

• Effectively communicating with the client regarding progress, challenges, and timelines

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline

• A minimum of 3 years in backend or full-stack development

• Experience in B2B software/services startups, IT-enabled services, or software companies is advantageous

• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript

• Experience with Node.js

• Knowledge of React

• Familiarity with REST API design and utilization

• Experience with SQL and relational databases

• Proficient with Git — comfortable with branches, pull requests, and collaborative workflows

• Strong written English skills — essential for daily communication

• Excellent logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities — capable of independently breaking down complex requirements

• Comfortable with remote and asynchronous work — able to manage your own schedule effectively
