Full Stack Technical Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the comprehensive SaaS platform encompassing frontend, backend, database, integrations, and deployments.

• Oversee the technical transition from external developers, including codebase, architecture, documentation, and deployment processes.

• Independently identify and resolve bugs and production issues.

• Ensure that technical decisions are aligned with product objectives, customer requirements, and business priorities.

• Actively participate in roadmap planning and the prioritization of features.

• Enhance system performance, reliability, code quality, and engineering standards.

• Discover and implement opportunities for AI-driven solutions and automation.

• Strengthen documentation, release processes, and technical resilience.

• Assist with the integration of internal systems including CRM, help desk, and automation tools.

• Collaborate closely with leadership as a technical advisor and execution partner.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in cloud-based SaaS environments.

• Competence in full-stack development for modern web applications.

• Extensive experience with AWS in production scenarios.

• Proficient in Node.js and JavaScript ecosystems.

• Familiarity with Laravel/PHP systems is preferred.

• Frontend development experience using React and/or Vue.

• Strong understanding of PostgreSQL and MySQL.

• Proven track record in managing and enhancing existing codebases.

• Excellent debugging and incident response skills.

• Capability to link technical decisions to business and user outcomes.

• Experience in roadmap planning or product-led environments.

• Solid understanding of cybersecurity and secure architecture principles.

• Familiarity with SSO and identity systems such as Microsoft Entra ID and Google Workspace.

• Experience with integrations involving Wonde, Clipboard, and enterprise/school systems.

• Exposure to AI, automation, or intelligent workflow systems is highly regarded.
