• Have a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in software development, with a proven history of designing and building complex software systems.

• Possess expertise in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Kotlin, Python, or TypeScript.

• Have proficiency in developing large-scale React applications.

• Demonstrate experience with databases such as Postgres or MySQL.

• Showcase excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

• Display proven leadership capabilities, with the ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.
