Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete feature development process across React-based interfaces and Node.js / Express backend services.

• Take ownership of the frontend architecture, including component design, state management, performance, accessibility, and the overall product experience.

• Develop and uphold REST and GraphQL APIs, manage data modeling, and ensure backend services are clean, well-tested, and reliable.

• Transition applications from local environments to production. You will manage CI/CD pipelines, environment setup, monitoring, alerting, and incident response.

• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers within the team, and establish the technical direction for the squad.

• Collaborate directly with product stakeholders to convert vague requirements into delivered work without lengthy handoffs.

• Integrate AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) as an essential part of your daily workflow, rather than an afterthought.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a full stack engineer.

• Proficient in React.js, including hooks, modern patterns, performance optimization, and possessing a strong perspective on component architecture.

• Solid expertise in Node.js and Express.js for production-level backend services.

• Practical DevOps experience; familiarity with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure), Docker, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar).

• Experience in launching applications and maintaining their operational status, including logging, monitoring, debugging production issues, and staying calm during unexpected incidents.

• Strong Git workflow discipline and established code review practices.

• Ability to take ownership of decisions and clearly communicate them to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Active and fluent use of AI coding tools in your daily workflow.
