Full-Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Design, sustain, and enhance backend services within our AWS serverless architecture, encompassing Lambda functions, API Gateway integrations, DynamoDB workflows, and the necessary infrastructure within Amplify.

• Create and manage internal and external APIs that facilitate content delivery, operational processes, partner submissions, and CRM integrations.

• Support and refine customized data ingestion pipelines linking our headless CMS and CRM systems, which include scheduled serverless tasks, validation workflows, and automation services.

• Participate in backend architecture discussions with an emphasis on scalability, maintainability, and operational efficiency on a contemporary headless web platform.

• Work collaboratively with front-end engineers and product stakeholders to assist in React/Next.js application development and engage in front-end implementation as necessary.

• Manage and improve internal operational tools, including streamlined admin interfaces designed for content and management processes.

• Aid in diagnosing production challenges, debugging API and integration issues, while enhancing monitoring and reliability across services.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6 years of pertinent experience as a full-stack or backend-focused engineer involved in modern web applications.

• Profound experience with AWS serverless architecture, particularly with Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and Amplify.

• Familiarity with React and Next.js in production settings.

• Proven experience in building and maintaining APIs, backend integrations, and microservices that support content platforms, automation workflows, or internal tools.

• Ability to work comfortably across both backend systems and front-end application layers based on team priorities.

• Experience with contemporary JavaScript/TypeScript development and version control practices.
