Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Leading AI coding agents to implement product features by crafting clear, contextually rich tasks that encompass architecture, team standards, and acceptance criteria.

• Taking complete ownership of each feature from start to finish — clarifying requirements, understanding the problem, delivering to production, and monitoring edge cases after release.

• Conducting code and documentation reviews to uphold quality, share knowledge, and ensure consistency throughout the codebase.

• Engaging in duty rotations — overseeing production systems, responding to incidents, and ensuring service availability.

• Developing AI-driven features that enhance user experience for thousands tackling real business challenges.

• Advancing technically within a team that boasts a robust engineering culture, clean architecture, and high delivery standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of commercial experience as a software developer.

• Practical experience with agentic development workflows.

• Hands-on knowledge of Golang, Node.js, or PHP in a commercial setting.

• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.

• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar).

• Working understanding of Docker for application development and deployment.

• Practical experience with various testing methodologies.

• At least foundational knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, AWS, and cloud-native solutions.

• Ability to produce technical documentation using frameworks like the C4 model and ADRs.

• Excellent task decomposition and prioritization abilities.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
