Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• The developer serves as a technical expert, leading architecture, documentation, design, and development initiatives as part of our transformation efforts.

• This position collaborates closely with the CTO office, Enterprise architect, IT leaders, internal stakeholders, and development team members to define, design, and deliver technical solutions that align with the business’s vision, strategy, and objectives.

• Responsible for the development and execution of technical designs that facilitate the digital strategy.

• Engage in coding, testing, and debugging of application programs.

• Advocate for engineering best practices, which includes the use of design patterns and conducting code reviews.

• Collaborate and communicate with various teams, addressing technical issues across departments.

• Capable of authoring design and architecture documents, incorporating input from other technical resources.

• Work alongside product and project managers, as well as business stakeholders, to define product features, architectural deliverables, and project estimates.

• Provide technical oversight and guidance to outsourced platforms and partner IT resources.

• Participate in every phase of the project lifecycle—planning, requirements clarification, design, development, testing support, bug fixing, and application support.

• Engage in cross-functional projects that span multiple business units across the organization, fostering innovation, new product functionality, and overall product maturity.

• Plan, oversee, and partake in technical activities across various projects.

• Coordinate with other technical managers, leads, and architects to identify and monitor impacts across sites.

• Organize meetings or initiate working sessions to address project issues and obstacles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• 5 years of experience with Microsoft .Net full stack development tools.

• 2+ years of experience in developing enterprise software, especially web-based and customer-facing applications.

• Proficient understanding and experience in implementing solutions within a multi-tier architecture environment.

• Experience in building large-scale retail B2C web applications.

• Comprehensive experience with SDLC, including Agile methodologies and practices.

• Familiarity with production environment deployment and maintenance.

• Skills in performance tuning and optimization for scalability and high availability.

• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical abilities.

• Excellent interpersonal skills; capable of building relationships and influencing other functional areas.

• Attention to detail while maintaining a big-picture perspective.

• Ability to operate independently with minimal management guidance.

• Capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively.

• Proficient in Microsoft Development tools and platforms, such as Visual Studio 2015 and later, .Net Framework 4.0 and later, C#, TFS/Git/Azure DevOps, and SQL Server.

• Deep understanding of SOA and RESTful API design principles and development.

• Knowledge of web/integration services, including WCF, RESTful, SOAP, and WSDL.

• Familiarity with native and/or hybrid mobile app development.

• Understanding of automated builds using TFS, DevOps processes, CI/CD, and cloud hosting.

• Experience with AWS cloud development (PaaS) is an advantage.

• Knowledge of financial services is a plus.

• Proficient in database design and programming using T-SQL, including ORM tools like Entity Framework is a bonus.

• Experience with Azure DevOps (VSTS) and Git is a plus.

• Experience in designing and developing responsive websites using MVC, HTML5, React.js, and Angular.js is an asset.
