Frontend Developer, Flutter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design and sustain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications utilizing Flutter and Dart.

• Create scalable, production-ready applications with an emphasis on performance, usability, and responsiveness.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to transform design ideas into user-friendly mobile interfaces.

• Integrate REST APIs and oversee data management, state management, caching, and synchronization.

• Engage in the entire mobile app development lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

• Handle application releases for both Android and iOS platforms.

• Enhance applications for speed, scalability, and a seamless user experience.

• Implement and assist with fundamental CI/CD workflows for quicker and more efficient deployments.

• Diagnose bugs, performance issues, and application challenges.

• Produce clean, maintainable, and reusable code adhering to best development practices.

• Collaborate effectively with backend developers, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver new features and enhancements.

• Maintain version control and collaborate efficiently using Git-based workflows.

• Keep abreast of the latest Flutter, Dart, and mobile development trends and technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 6 months of hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart development.

• Solid understanding of Flutter architecture and mobile application development principles.

• Experience in generating and launching production-level applications for Android and iOS.

• Familiarity with REST API integration, state management, and asynchronous programming.

• Basic knowledge of the mobile app lifecycle, debugging, and performance optimization.

• Proficiency in Git or other version control systems.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Capability to work independently and juggle multiple tasks in a startup environment.

• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

• Enthusiasm for creating impactful digital products and ensuring quality user experiences.

• Preference will be given to candidates with agricultural exposure, rural backgrounds, or an understanding of grassroots ecosystems.
