French Language Interpreter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Actively listen, comprehend, and accurately convey conversations between customers/clients communicating in different languages (e.g., English and French) in real-time.

• Ensure that interpretations are clear, precise, and culturally relevant, preserving the intent and tone of the original message.

• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and organizational guidelines pertaining to the interpretation process.

• Achieve or surpass the quality, productivity, and compliance targets set for the French Language Interpreter position.

• Remain updated on and implement client updates, process changes, and policy improvements as directed by management.

• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism consistently when dealing with sensitive or private information.

• Engage in training, coaching, and quality calibration sessions as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum Qualifications: French Language Interpreter

• High School diploma or its equivalent.

• Proficiency in English and French Language Interpreter - C2, C1, B2, Native (OCI Required) French Language Interpreter.

• Advanced understanding of the cultural dynamics (cultural implications and idiomatic expressions) related to French Language Interpreter.

• Exceptional listening, retention, and note-taking abilities to ensure a high level of accuracy.

• Capacity to focus, remain detached from the conversation, and maintain neutrality and objectivity at all times.

• Ability to clarify certain cultural concepts to prevent miscommunication with permission or at the client's request.
