Freelance Social Media, Digital Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Oversee KNIPEX's social media platforms in South Korea, encompassing the planning, scheduling, and publishing of content through internal tools across channels like Facebook and Instagram.

• Develop content that resonates locally and manage community interactions with a focus on customer satisfaction.

• Establish and nurture partnerships with influencers, collaborators, and local creators.

• Continuously enhance content and campaigns to boost reach, engagement, and the overall impact of the brand.

• Assist in online campaigns (e.g., social media, paid advertising, email marketing) for both owned and partner channels.

• Track and analyze KPIs related to traffic, conversions, and campaign effectiveness while remaining updated on market trends, competitor actions, and digital best practices in both B2B and B2C settings.

• Willingness to support and participate in relevant trade fairs and industry events within South Korea.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, social media management, and influencer relations (B2B and/or B2C).

• A background in marketing, communications, sales, or a related field (preferred education or degree).

• Exceptional language proficiency: Korean (native or fluent) and strong English skills.

• Experience with social media management tools.

• Familiarity with native platform tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite).

• Knowledge of paid media platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager).

• Proficiency in content planning tools.

• Experience with influencer and monitoring tools.

• Skills in creative and localization tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud).

• Competence in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).

• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).

• A freelance mindset characterized by high independence, reliability, and a strong understanding of the local market.
