This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Oversee and evaluate brand health, industry trends, competitive dynamics, and campaign effectiveness utilizing social listening tools.
• Develop and enhance intricate Boolean queries to derive significant data.
• Analyze and report social media metrics across various platforms such as Meta, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
• Generate and deliver data-driven reports and insights that guide marketing, product, and strategy teams.
• Offer strategic recommendations based on real-time consumer sentiments and social media trends.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of country-specific target markets and cultural subtleties.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Social Listening Expert, Social Media Analyst, Strategist, or Consumer Insights Analyst.
• In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and user engagement on each.
• Demonstrated experience with analytics tools such as Brandwatch, Crimson Hexagon, Meltwater, Sprinklr, Synthesio, Talkwalker, Sprout Social, Digimind, Sysomos, or similar.
• Capability to write and optimize Boolean queries for in-depth insights.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convert complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Profound understanding of regional and cultural dynamics in social media behavior.
• Native-level proficiency in Dutch language (essential).
• Professional-level proficiency in English (essential).
• Remote working.
