This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Personalized support for mentees

• Monthly coaching sessions lasting 1.5 hours with each mentee

• Asynchronous strategic follow-ups through Slack

• Facilitation of group discussions on essential topics

• Collaboration with other coaches and experts

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational real estate

• Understanding of challenges related to rental property operations

• Skilled in using digital tools such as Slack, Zoom, Notion, and Fathom

• Capability to articulate complex issues in straightforward terms

• Significant personal real estate investments (around €1M)
