Freelance Long-Term EN – Traditional Chinese (HK) Life Science Translator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Translate and proofread documents for a variety of clients in the Investment Banking sector.

• Collaborate with Project Managers and work under the supervision of a manager.

• Prepare and finalize the deliverables prior to submission to the client.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Traditional Chinese (Hong Kong).

• Expertise in areas such as LS-Healthcare Marketing, LS-Pharmacovigilance, and more.

• Keen attention to detail, including spelling and grammar.

• Capability to uphold professionalism while working under tight deadlines.

• Preference for candidates in the Asian time zone.

• A Degree in Translation, Linguistics, or Language Studies, or an equivalent qualification with substantial translation training.

• 2 years of translation experience combined with a college degree; OR 5 years of translation experience without a college degree; OR a recognized certificate of competence in translation issued by an appropriate government authority.
