FP&A Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and present high-level financial presentations, reports for the Board of Directors, and standard monthly and quarterly close materials.

• Ensure accuracy in month-end close reconciliations while providing detailed variance analysis for key stakeholders.

• Craft clear and strategic narratives that offer insights into financial performance.

• Assist in the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and long-term strategic financial planning.

• Collaborate with finance teams from various business units to align financial plans with the overall objectives of the company.

• Facilitate decision-making by providing thorough and well-documented financial insights.

• Improve management reporting and operational performance analysis.

• Identify opportunities for financial and operational enhancements throughout the organization.

• Implement and maintain financial models and databases that adapt to the evolving needs of the business.

• Conduct comprehensive analyses and ensure precision in projections, including scenario analysis and stress testing.

• Generate detailed financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

• Carry out budget variance analyses, track KPIs, and provide strategic insights for leadership and Board presentations.

• Consistently monitor and report on KPI performance, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

• Identify and execute process improvements aimed at enhancing efficiency, reporting accuracy, and stakeholder value.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related discipline.

• Over 3 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or a comparable role.

• Strong expertise in financial modeling using Excel, along with forecasting and budgeting skills.

• Familiarity with financial planning tools and software.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for presenting complex financial data clearly to executives and stakeholders.

• Demonstrated capacity to analyze intricate data, identify trends, and deliver actionable, data-driven recommendations.
