This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Analyze each prospect's ATS, scheduling tools, competency models, and hiring processes to determine integration needs and provide recommendations.
• Create customized demo flows that convert technical setups into clear business value, assisting prospects in understanding how the product functions within their specific environment.
• Act as the main implementation leader to guarantee successful proof of concepts (POCs).
• Take charge of initial RFP responses alongside Account Executives, ensuring the standardization of high-quality answers for future use.
• Develop reusable materials such as integration explainers, demo templates, architecture diagrams, FAQs, and more.
• Facilitate smooth transitions from pre-sales to post-sales for enterprise-level clients.
• 5–10 years of experience in HR technology, recruiting technology, or enterprise SaaS.
• Previous experience as a Solutions Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or in a similar pre-sales capacity.
• Proven experience in managing complex enterprise sales cycles.
