Founding Engineer – AI & Compute

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the establishment of the company by designing, constructing, and managing all elements related to protocols and nodes within blockchain systems, including crypto-economic mechanisms, decentralized networking, and the generation and verification of proofs.

• Create and test blockchain protocols and smart contracts.

• Troubleshoot and deploy extensive decentralized systems.

• Manage both internal and external audits of smart contracts.

• A minimum of 2 years of software engineering experience focused on developing low-level protocols.

• Comprehensive understanding of blockchain technologies, smart contracts, and consensus algorithms.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Rust or Go.

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a quick learning aptitude.

• Capability to produce high-quality, thoroughly tested code.

• Familiarity with cloud-native technology stacks (e.g., AWS/GCP).
