Founders Associate – Entrepreneur in Residence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• As a Founders Associate, you will collaborate directly with our founders.

• You will be actively engaged from day one, taking ownership and contributing to the future of Project Bay.

• Your role will involve freeing up the founders’ time and resources.

• You will analyze emerging markets and locations throughout Europe, providing essential insights for our expansion strategy.

• You will assist in acquiring new B2B customers and partners, prepare for meetings, and support the founders during strategic discussions.

• You will contribute to the creation of professional presentations (pitch decks) and reports intended for investors and partners.

• You will identify inefficiencies in our daily operations, experiment with new (AI) tools, and aid in scaling our organization more intelligently.

⛳️ Requirements

• You hold a degree in business administration, economics, tourism management, or a related field (advanced Bachelor’s or Master’s) — or you are an ambitious career changer with an entrepreneurial spirit.

• You possess a strong "get-things-done" mentality: when confronted with challenges, you proactively seek solutions.

• You are analytically minded, enjoy working with data (Excel/Google Sheets), and have a keen eye for exceptional presentation design.

• You communicate fluently in both German and English (spoken and written).

• Ideally, you have some prior experience in a startup, consulting, or project management.
