This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Act as the technical expert for your designated product during every sales discussion.
• Assess technical viability, respond to architectural inquiries, and eliminate obstacles.
• Ensure clients feel technically assured as they proceed with agreements.
• Take ownership of a particular product line, serving as the subject matter expert in the industry.
• Oversee the technical roadmap for your product in each sales engagement.
• Collaborate with other Field Development Engineers (FDEs) when clients require multiple product integrations.
• Act as the gatekeeper for product relevance within your assigned product line.
• Gather direct customer feedback prior to the launch of any features.
• Validate solutions with live clients to ensure they address genuine business challenges.
• Assume technical responsibility for your product line in every account.
• Participate as a member of the FDE Integration Team to guarantee complete client integration.
• Stay involved until your product is operational, stable, and delivering value.
• Convert clients' unstructured issues into clear Pixalate configurations.
• Align specific data fields and business logic with our platform.
• Ensure clients are adequately protected within their unique environments.
• Create a Use Case Document for every interaction.
• Clearly define how the client utilizes Pixalate in their operations.
• Establish the official "Definition of Done" for each trial.
• Serve as the initial defense against customer churn.
• Manually verify that the data entering client dashboards aligns with the promised Use Case.
• Make sure clients have their "Aha!" moment—recognizing specific savings or risks mitigated—prior to contract signing.
• Facilitate a comprehensive technical handover to Customer Success following contract signing.
• Document custom configurations and Use Cases for ongoing support.
• Strong grasp of data integration, APIs, and system architecture.
• Experience in translating business needs into technical setups.
• Required familiarity with ad tech, fraud detection, or digital analytics platforms.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities for client-facing scenarios.
• Capability to elucidate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating across Sales, Engineering, and Product teams.
• Proven track record in diagnosing and resolving intricate integration issues.
• History of creative problem-solving in uncertain technical settings.
• Strong skills in documentation and process articulation.
• Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in AdTech, programmatic advertising, or digital fraud detection.
• Background in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or pre-sales engineering.
• Familiarity with CTV, mobile app analytics, or data feed integrations.
• Experience with trial management and customer success metrics.
• Understanding of Invalid Traffic (IVT) or ad fraud principles.
