• Design and develop AI agents

• Experience with large language models

• Proficiency in prompt engineering

• Knowledge of agent orchestration frameworks

• Familiarity with retrieval-augmented knowledge systems

• Understanding of conversational AI architecture

• Experience with backend services and APIs

• Skills in web and conversational interfaces

• Knowledge of integration layers

• Experience in data pipelines

• Proficiency in REST APIs and microservices

• Experience with CRM and business system integrations

• Knowledge of knowledge systems and data stores

• Familiarity with identity and access management

• At least 1 year of experience in a technical role
