This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Engage in cutting-edge Cloud computing initiatives to address complex, manual, and repetitive tasks for users utilizing Cloud technologies such as AWS, Salesforce, Microsoft, and others.
• Leverage the latest methodologies for developing SaaS applications that emphasize multitenancy, scalability, and the handling of large data volumes/Big Data.
• Enhance and broaden our offerings to encompass the most widely-used Cloud applications (over 200).
• Gain insights not only into software development but also into the design, development, and launch of products from initial concept to widespread customer utilization.
• Customer Discovery: Facilitate structured workshops with client stakeholders to identify workflows, challenges, and desired outcomes.
• Solution Design: Convert business needs into technical workflows, automations, and integrations.
• Deployment Execution: Set up, test, and implement solutions, ensuring a smooth go-live experience and user adoption.
• Workflow Automation: Create and tailor automations utilizing APIs, scripts, or low-code platforms.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Identify integration challenges, overcome obstacles, and iterate based on client feedback.
• Customer Advocacy: Act as the technical authority during onboarding and beyond, guaranteeing long-term client success.
• Feedback Loop: Share insights gained from deployments with product and engineering teams to influence roadmap decisions.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent proven experience in delivering production integrations.
• 4–8 years in a customer-facing technical capacity where you have personally written and owned the code (such as Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Integration Engineer, Implementation Engineer, or similar roles).
• Proficient coding skills (Python, Java, Go, or similar) — capable of constructing and debugging actual integration logic rather than solely configuring a user interface.
• Extensive knowledge of SaaS systems, REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and authentication methods (OAuth, API keys, SSO basics).
• Familiarity with workflow automation platforms, CI/CD, and basic observability/monitoring tools.
• Comfortable working with SQL and at least one Business Intelligence tool (Looker, Tableau, Superset) for data validation and impact demonstration.
• Proven ability to work independently in ambiguous and loosely-defined situations, driving towards effective solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills — capable of leading a discovery workshop, articulating technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders, and producing clear documentation.
• Strongly Preferred:
• Practical experience with LLM/agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar) and their application to real workflow or data challenges.
• Familiarity with RAG pipelines, prompt/eval design, or AI observability and guardrails.
• Previous experience embedded on-site with enterprise clients during implementation.
• Nice to Have:
• Experience in consulting or early-stage startup environments (often associated with success as a Forward Deployed Engineer due to comfort with ambiguity and a sense of ownership).
• MBA is preferred.
• Comprehensive health and wellness programs.
• Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
• Flexible work schedule and remote work options.
• Engaging and collaborative team environment.
