Forward Deployed Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Validate use cases with prospective clients and confirm the platform's capabilities.

• Develop and deploy production skills (FFmpeg, Remotion, LLM orchestration).

• Analyze agent logs, troubleshoot issues, and enhance reliability through iteration.

• Manage the entire client onboarding and activation process.

• Continuously improve the quality of the shared skill library over time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in prompt engineering or AI workflow development — in a production setting, not merely theoretical.

• Proficient in coding: React / Next.js frontend experience is highly desired.

• A discerning eye for video output — you can identify when a cut, caption, or transition is not quite right.

• Excellent communication skills: you are articulate, responsive, and ensure clients feel well taken care of.

• A builder mentality — you engage in side projects, have launched products, and learn through hands-on experience.

• Experience in a startup or a high-responsibility environment.
