This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee intricate enterprise deployments and implementations of the Pulsora platform for clients worldwide.
• Collaborate directly with customer stakeholders to comprehend business processes, technical needs, and ESG reporting workflows.
• Design and deploy AI-driven solutions that enhance automation, compliance, reporting, and operational efficiency.
• Employ AI-first engineering methodologies, including AI coding assistants, prompt engineering, rapid prototyping, vibe coding, and LLM-powered application development.
• Swiftly create proofs-of-concept, internal tools, automations, integrations, dashboards, and streamlined applications.
• Configure workflows, validations, ETL pipelines, analytics, integrations, and reporting within the Pulsora platform.
• Develop reusable implementation accelerators and AI-enhanced tools that boost delivery speed and scalability.
• Work closely with Engineering and Product teams to shape roadmap priorities based on customer insights.
• Conduct solution workshops, architecture evaluations, product showcases, and in-depth technical sessions.
• Address technical escalations and act as a reliable technical advisor for enterprise clients.
• Assist in customer onboarding, quarterly business assessments, and annual reporting cycles.
• 3–7 years of experience in Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, Solution Architecture, Enterprise SaaS Implementation, or Customer Engineering.
• Strong background in AI-assisted software development and contemporary engineering workflows.
• Practical experience with Python, JavaScript / TypeScript, SQL, REST APIs, integrations, and analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with LLM application development, including prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, workflow orchestration, and evaluation.
• Proficient vibe coding skills with the capability to rapidly prototype and deliver solutions using AI-native development environments.
• Experience with modern AI development tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, LangGraph, Vercel AI SDK, Replit, and Bolt.new.
• Ability to quickly develop internal tools, automations, workflow systems, AI-driven applications, and customer-facing prototypes.
• Knowledge of cloud-native and open-source technologies.
• Strong grasp of enterprise systems integration and business process automation.
• Exceptional communication and customer engagement abilities.
• Familiarity with ESG, sustainability, carbon accounting, or reporting frameworks such as CDP, SASB, GRI, or TCFD is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
