Forward Deployed Data Engineer – Integration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Hybrid Integration: Take charge of the technical lifecycle for new clients, selecting and implementing the most effective deployment strategy (Managed Clickhouse vs. Warehouse-Native).

• Accelerated Onboarding: Leverage the Hilbert internal Discovery Agent to generate reports and propose mappings, transitioning from raw data to a functional v1 pipeline in record time.

• AI Semantic Layer Construction: Design the semantic definitions for custom enterprise data, guaranteeing that our agentic conversation engine possesses the "Ground Truth" for each query.

• Canonical Modeling: Convert various source data into unified growth models for Hilbert to enhance our generic ML systems.

• Enterprise Deployment: Serve as the primary technical resource for critical enterprise implementations, ensuring that our stack is effectively packaged and optimized for their specific infrastructure.

⛳️ Requirements

• The Pragmatic Polyglot: You are comfortable both optimizing a Clickhouse query and writing native Snowpark (Snowflake) or BigQuery SQL, as well as implementing data orchestration scripts in Python.

• The Data Ontologist: You recognize that an AI requires more than just data tables; it needs context. You possess the discipline to articulate the "meaning" behind the data.

• The "Translator": You can quickly gain the technical trust of a customer's Data Architect, extracting the logic of custom tables and mapping them to the Hilbert reasoning engine.

• The "Pilot" Mindset: You are eager to utilize and enhance AI agents that manage the intricate tasks of data discovery and pipeline scaffolding.
