Fleet Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and oversee data for the Maintenance department.

• Create performance metrics (KPIs) and Power BI dashboards.

• Gather, clean, and standardize data from multiple operational sources.

• Assess the performance of the maintenance team (response time, rework, and efficiency in service authorizations).

• Supervise maintenance expenses and supplier agreements, pinpointing areas for cost reduction.

• Monitor parts metrics and SLAs.

• Generate management reports and analyses to aid in decision-making.

• Assist leadership with research and insights aimed at continuous improvement.

• Convert data into strategic insights to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed or ongoing bachelor's degree.

• Proficient in Excel at an intermediate to advanced level.

• Fundamental mechanical knowledge.

• Preferred: Intermediate to advanced skills in Power BI.
