Fiscal Analyst – Mid-level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist leadership with everyday tasks and requests

• Ensure adherence to municipal and state tax obligations as per relevant legislation

• Communicate with tax authorities regarding inquiries, resolution of pending issues, and problem-solving

• Analyze legislation and offer guidance to the team

• Deliver technical assistance to internal departments

• Aid in audits and inspections by providing necessary documents and information

• Suggest process enhancements in collaboration with the IT department

• Keep abreast of legal and regulatory developments

• Conduct training for new team members

• Organize digital files and carry out related duties as required

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth understanding of municipal, state, and federal legislation

• Familiarity with tax department operations and procedures

• Fundamental accounting knowledge

• Experience with systems such as MasterSaf, GB, Opera, OnBase, and Senior

• Proficient in Microsoft Office at an intermediate level

• Basic proficiency in English

• Minimum educational qualification: Completed technical course (technical diploma)
