This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Collaborate on FinOps initiatives alongside team members.
• Assess clients' cloud environments to identify optimization opportunities.
• Establish transparency using cloud-native or third-party tools for cost allocation.
• Utilize communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.
• Develop FinOps blueprints and disseminate knowledge to colleagues.
• Design and conduct FinOps training sessions and present at conferences.
• Propel the development and innovation of FinOps topics within Reply.
• Broaden offerings with new avenues, including FinOps for sustainability.
• Successfully completed university studies in Data Analytics, Finance, Business Administration, IT Management, or related fields.
• Proficient (minimum B2) in both English and German.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Initial experience with data analysis and data visualization tools (e.g., BigQuery, PowerBI, Tableau).
• Experience in agile teams and familiarity with Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Strong customer focus and initiative.
• Cloud certifications (AWS, GCP, Azure) or FinOps Practitioner status is desirable.
• Familiarity with cloud cost management tools (e.g., Cloudability, infracost, kubecost) is advantageous.

• Current residency in Germany, with the eligibility to work in the country.
