This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Outline comprehensive billing and settlement processes while spearheading the integration of global operational, accounting, and inventory management systems to align data models throughout the business unit.
• Create and execute global frameworks for real-time inventory monitoring and asset valuation to ensure detailed Profit and Loss transparency across different geographical regions and business channels.
• Conduct systematic diagnostic assessments of regional invoicing systems to guarantee effective revenue recognition, establish approval processes, and streamline the timeline from asset receipt to cash collection.
• Over 10 years of experience in Finance or Finance Transformation, particularly within the Information Technology Asset Disposition (ITAD) or Asset Lifecycle Management sectors.
• In-depth understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning systems (such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP, or Oracle) and Salesforce Customer Relationship Management tools.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing financial integrations post-Mergers and Acquisitions, including navigating complex multi-entity environments and creating data models for margin analysis.
• Outstanding stakeholder management abilities, capable of influencing executive leadership and translating intricate financial requirements for both technical and operational teams.
