Field Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Supervise the daily activities of teams performing residential energy audits (2-3 per day), installing energy-efficient devices, conducting pre/post-installation verifications, and gathering technical data within a designated territory.

• Assess inspection outcomes, as well as interactions with customers and contractors, to ensure compliance with program standards and regulations.

• Address escalated technical issues and challenges according to client specifications.

• Serve as the local, on-site representative of the program and company to customers and contractors, promoting participation in the program and helping to overcome obstacles.

• Travel within a specified territory using a company-provided vehicle.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 7 years of relevant experience in the industry, including auditing, home inspections, and equipment installation.

• At least 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in a field service environment.

• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.

• BPI Certification is preferred.
