This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Execute general and focused product evaluations while conducting designated research consultations (both in-person and virtual) for a curated list of approximately 200+ subscribers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current users, including but not limited to: light technical troubleshooting, resolution of product access issues, tracking events and incidents, and providing client-facing data reports.
• Recognize potential new users, explore new practice area opportunities, and identify other elements to enhance product adoption.
• Collaborate with sister products within the LexisNexis framework, including joint efforts on multi-product initiatives.
• Work closely with development teams to offer customer-focused feedback regarding the design and implementation of product improvements.
• Partner with the Sales Organization to develop retention strategies and best practices that enhance the overall Customer Experience.
• Maintain technical tracking of all activities through CRM tools.
• Utilize workflow management tools, including but not limited to: CoPilot, PowerAutomate, Salesforce, ChatGPT 5, Gong, and proprietary workflow solutions.
• Foster and sustain exemplary working relationships with the user base to support Intelligize's NPS and retention objectives.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• An MLS, JD, or other advanced degree is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of securities disclosure and regulation is highly advantageous.
• Experience with both simple and complex research assignments is essential.
• Capability to speak and teach in front of groups (of varying sizes) in both live and video settings.
• Excellent verbal communication skills pertinent to all professional levels, with a focus on identifying needs and connecting them to solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, such as Salesforce, Tableau, PowerAutomate, and others.
• Knowledge of communication tools, including Outlook, Zoom, Teams, and others.
• Comfort and ability to learn new technologies and tools, including but not limited to AI products and processes.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time based on client needs.
