This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take charge of the business success related to your workload throughout the APJ region.
• Create and implement a regional “Workload Business Plan” with specific measurable objectives and actions.
• Perform TAM and whitespace analysis to pinpoint opportunities for growth.
• Work together with Sales, SE, Marketing, and Partner Leadership to monitor and execute regional GTM strategies for your workload.
• Ensure alignment with HQ and product teams to enhance technical messaging (“Why Everpure / Why Now”).
• Monitor progress and provide quarterly insights and outcomes to leadership.
• Take responsibility for incorporating your solution strategy into the top strategic account Technical Account Plans, ensuring clear actions that promote expansion and sustained workload growth.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and workload strategist, collaborating with account teams and alliance partners to reveal insights that influence Everpure’s positioning and expedite workload adoption, pipeline generation, and bookings growth.
• Must possess fluency in written and spoken English.
• An advanced degree in computer science, engineering, or mathematics.
• Over 15 years of experience with storage systems (File, Object, and Block) and/or cloud infrastructure, with a minimum of 5 years in designing and selling File solutions across various dimensions.
• Expertise in articulating infrastructure benefits in relation to business outcomes.
• Highly motivated, independent, and self-starting.
• An innovative thinker who can approach problems creatively.
• Ability to quickly immerse oneself in learning and adapting to new technologies.
• Produce solution collateral for clients, including presentations, brief papers, demos, and proof of concepts.
• Create public content such as blogs, webinars, or podcasts to foster thought leadership.
• Willingness to cultivate a culture of collaboration by partnering with solution stakeholders across the organization, including sales, alliances, and marketing.
• A strong commitment to mentoring and coaching team members throughout the organization.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and constructively with management, peers, coworkers, as well as customers, partners, and key industry stakeholders.
