This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary site leader for system installation, testing, and maintenance activities.
• Perform thorough diagnostics, manage configuration control, and spearhead repair operations.
• Engage directly with customers and program leadership to provide updates and recommendations.
• Lead initiatives for training, documentation, and process enhancements.
• Oversee and mentor junior and mid-level Field Service Representatives (FSRs), ensuring adherence to operational standards.
• Represent Field Operations during evaluations, demonstrations, and operational assessments.
• Generally requires at least 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years with a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years of experience; or equivalent experience. Some entry barriers may exist at this level, necessitating departmental review.
• Significant experience in leading field sustainment, integration, or deployment of intricate systems.
• Proven leadership skills in high-tempo or deployed settings.
• Active Secret clearance; TS/SCI preferred.
• Proficient in radar, RF, EW, or C-UAS systems.
• Experience in program-level sustainment, logistics, and configuration management.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and technical writing capabilities.
• FAA Part 107 certification (or willingness to acquire it).
• Ability to perform routine manual lifting of objects weighing 50-80 pounds, such as boxes and equipment. Must be capable of working in unusual and sometimes challenging positions, including climbing ladders, using high lift equipment up to 40 feet, and accessing crawl spaces or areas above ceilings. Manual dexterity is necessary for frequent reaching, climbing, lifting moderate objects, operating power and manual tools/equipment, and using office equipment.
• Typical overseas assignments are often conducted in both internal and external environments under various weather conditions. The ability to work in extremely hot or cold weather, with exposure to dust or dirt, is common and may require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• This role will necessitate overseas travel. Candidates should be prepared to travel/TDY away from their home location for durations of 90 – 120 days in hazardous duty locations.
