Field Property Claims Adjuster

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Perform field investigations by visiting the homes of policyholders.

• Utilize claims handling software, a company vehicle, and a laptop.

• Act as a representative of the Company and conduct oneself in a manner befitting a member of Management.

• Employ strong customer service abilities to negotiate effectively with policyholders.

• A High School diploma or equivalent is required.

• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills are essential.

• A willingness to learn about insurance policies and property damage is important.

• An outgoing personality is a must.

• A valid driver's license is required.

• Must be able to adapt to rapidly changing technology.
