Field Property Claims Adjuster

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Perform field investigations by visiting the residences of policyholders.

• Utilize claims management software, a company vehicle, and a laptop to evaluate damages.

• Serve as the Company's representative from a public relations perspective.

• Engage in negotiations with policyholders to reach a settlement for the claim.

⛳️ Requirements

• A High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities are essential.

• A strong desire to learn about insurance policies and property damage is important.

• An outgoing personality that enjoys engaging with a variety of individuals is required.

• A valid driver's license is necessary.

• Final candidates will undergo a Motor Vehicle Record background check.
