Field Property Claims Adjuster

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Perform on-site investigations by visiting policyholders’ residences to assess property damage.

• Utilize claims management software, a company vehicle, and a laptop to evaluate claims-related damage and draft estimates.

• Act as a representative of the Company in a public relations capacity and maintain a professional demeanor as a member of Management.

• Employ strong customer service abilities to negotiate with policyholders in order to resolve claims.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills are necessary.

• A strong desire to learn about insurance policies and property damage comprehensively.

• An outgoing personality that thrives on interacting with a diverse range of individuals.

• A valid driver's license is essential.

• Final candidates will be required to undergo a Motor Vehicle Record background check.
