Field Inventory Auditor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Conducts a physical count of merchandise and cash at each Company store using a handheld computer.

• Alerts the store manager about incorrect pricing and removes expired merchandise.

• Counts and documents cash, checks, and food stamps in the register, TACC tubes, and safe.

• Validates money orders, manages lottery ticket inventory, and oversees bank deposits.

• Checks gasoline inventory by measuring tanks and inspecting for water contamination.

• Carries out various assessments to ensure adherence to operational and financial regulations.

• Operates in a safe manner by following established procedures, rules, and regulations.

• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

• Handles multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Contributes to team success by achieving related goals as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory auditing or retail, particularly in a convenience store setting, is required.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license free of major violations and have current liability car insurance.

• Occasional overnight travel may be necessary.
