This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bangladesh.
• Perform data collection tasks at health facilities utilizing authorized monitoring tools and accurately input data into SurveyCT, KoBoToolbox, or other specified digital platforms.
• Execute Health Facility Assessments according to project guidelines and data collection protocols.
• Regularly travel to health facilities for data gathering, field observations, monitoring visits, and other project-related activities.
• Engage in regular team meetings to provide progress updates, discuss challenges, and facilitate project coordination.
• Gather both quantitative and qualitative data from patients, caregivers, family members, and health facility staff as necessary.
• Prepare and deliver weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly activity reports to line management promptly.
• Foster and maintain effective working relationships with health service providers and stakeholders at Division, District, Upazila, and Union-level health facilities.
• Adjust to changes in duty station or work location as per organizational and programmatic requirements.
• Undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by line management to support project and organizational goals.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Statistics, Development Studies, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in qualitative and quantitative data collection, field research, monitoring, or survey implementation is preferred.
• Experience in conducting one-on-one interviews, focus group discussions (FGDs), key informant interviews (KIIs), or similar data collection activities, ideally in healthcare or community environments, will be an asset.
• Willingness and capability to travel frequently to Union, Upazila, District, and Division-level health facilities.
• Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in both Bengali and English.
• Competence in using Android-based devices, mobile data collection applications, and web-based platforms.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Capacity to maintain data accuracy, confidentiality, and uphold high ethical standards during field activities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within specified deadlines.
