• Developing or reviewing detailed damage estimates for material damage claims.

• Providing training, guidance, and technical support regarding material damage claims.

• Assessing settlement options and facilitating negotiations for settlements.

• Thorough knowledge of all policy types offered by the company.

• Proficient in negotiating settlements and assessing settlement options.

• Strong customer service abilities and critical thinking skills.
