⛳️ Requirements

• Possesses an understanding of customers’ processes and products and how they align with the objectives of the business unit.

• Reviews and validates the detailed technical design for business applications provided by the supplier to ensure it meets business requirements.

• Validates suppliers' estimates, including Rough Order of Magnitude for the effort/cost associated with new application functionality; conducts quality review checks on project deliverables; serves as a liaison between Business and IT as assigned; and supports users in developing a Business Case, which includes cost/benefit analysis, risk assessment, project scope, and the creation of a high-level plan.

• Assists with implementation activities, troubleshooting system issues, and providing training as necessary.

• Conducts impact analysis of application changes across various components, maintaining an end-to-end perspective of the system; specifies and recommends integration and parallel testing criteria.
